What this site does

hotspringsseptic.com connects homeowners with independent septic companies licensed by the Arkansas Department of Health. The site and its operator do not perform septic work.

Who does the work

The septic company that contacts you is responsible for its own work, pricing, scheduling, permits and any warranty. Any agreement for service is between you and that company. This site is not a party to it.

No guarantee

We do our best to connect every request, but we cannot guarantee that a company will be available for every job, location or time.

Information on this site

Information here is general. Check permits, rules and prices with the company doing the work and with your county health unit.

The lot check, tank size calculator and pumping calculator use public maps and published tables. They are estimates and map lookups, not a permit, survey or inspection. A soil test and your county health unit decide what can be built on a lot.
