Who runs this site

hotspringsseptic.com is operated by Hot Springs Media in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It connects homeowners with independent, licensed local septic companies. It does not perform septic work.

What the request form collects

Your name, phone number, optional email, address or area, the service you need and any message you add. The form sends these details by email to the site operator. They are not stored in a database on this site.

The lot check

When you use the lot check, the address you type is sent to the Arkansas GIS Office and the U.S. Census Bureau to find it on the map. The map point is then sent to the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, the Arkansas GIS Office and FEMA to look up soil, parcel and flood zone data. We don't store the address or the results, and Microsoft Clarity is set to hide them. Nothing from the lot check goes to a septic company unless you send the request form.

Who we share it with

We share your request with one local septic company so they can call or text you about it. We do not sell your information.

Phone calls

Calls to the number on this site may be forwarded to a local septic company and may be logged or recorded for quality and record keeping.

Service providers and analytics

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver the site and the form.

We use Google Analytics to count visits, which pages people read, phone link clicks and form submissions. It sets cookies in your browser to tell visits apart. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and we don't send the details you type into the form to Google.

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the site, like where they click and how far they scroll. Clarity records sessions and sets cookies. It hides the text you type into form fields. We use this only to make the site easier to use.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them. Google and Microsoft explain their own data practices in their privacy policies.

Your choices
